as a super mod, i should be able to make boards, edit profiles, ban members, and have accsess to he headers and footers, those are the normal powers i should have, and censored words and whatever should come next

yo cody its alex right now, im trying to get brandon an avatar and when i type up the url and the size, after i put the signature in yada yada yada it shows the signature b the avatar, i checked the personal settings and he dosnt have it blocked, why the hell cant i see the avatar?
